Biography

T. M. (Tim) Stretton has published ten novels across a variety of genres.  His crime novels Catfish AlleyCasanova Street andDiamond Boulevard,comprising the Barcelona trilogy, are published by Sharpe Books. Each features a different British protagonist unwisely drawn into the Catalan underworld, and if you want to root for the good guys, you’ll have to find them first.

Tim was born and raised on the Isle of Wight, and now lives in the New Forest with his partner and cat.  He has a degree in English and American Literature from the University of Kent.  He was also a senior editor at the international Vance Integral Edition project.  Before concentrating on writing full-time, he was the deputy finance director of a local authority and also worked as a trainer and consultant.  His non-fiction has appeared in publications as diverse as the Local Government Chronicle and Introvert, Dear.
